You can access it on the iPhone App by selecting Brisbane as your current location. But once redeemed the T&Cs say "Valid until 1/12/13 at any McDonald's Brisbane restaurant." Still a good deal for those in that part of the world.

There is no redeem button, just a QR code. Staff didnt know what to do, so just honoured it.
So, if you wanted to you could claim it multiple times.
