    I bought University textbooks during the previous 20% deal code, and they sent me incomplete orders. I filled out their feedback form on Monday 11th and still no reply from them other than the automated email. My friend also received an incomplete order as well.

    Bought one of those textbook packages (textbook, workbook, lab-book, student-cd) and only received the textbook itself as a standalone. Luckily my subject for this doesn't start till march next year so I've got time to chase up on this. But seriously, in attention to detail. They probably just read the textbook name without any regard of what comes after it in the order list.

        midnight Sunday was this morning. it accepts the code but comes up with a totalling error when I attempt to submit the order.
