Yeah, the Steam Powered 4-pack is $30 and it includes the following titles:
* Company of Heroes
* Supreme Commander
* Dawn of War + Expansion$7.50 a piece, that's more of a bargain than Dead Space.
Went and had a look tonight. Most are there as advertised (couldn't find Dead Space tho).
But: they didn't have Orange Box for $30, but instead the Half Life 2 Episode pack for $30. Couldn't see the full orange box anywhere …
Hmmm …
Melb Bourke St store sed Orange Box was pretty much out of stock everywhere
Comparing against Game these prices look pretty good. Game has S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for $14.95 but most of the rest look the same or cheaper here.
haha GAME is the most expensive store ive ever seen. they still have ancient titles like star wars force unleashed and gta iv for $99
plus their staff is incredibly pushy.
very annoying if you're just looking through
Pity Dead Space is a terrible PC port
ah, really? hmmm, might have to look up some reviews
gta iv on the pc was terrible, you need a super rig just to get a decent frame rate
Bought this today (Dead Space). Started playing and so far it's great fun! Resident Evil-y, with awesome graphics. Good thing I have a rig powerful enough to play on max settings.
Thanks heaps! Got it from JB DFO in Canberra. Absolute bargain! Weird how its the same price as really old games, and considering how good this game is!
Wow, some good deals to be had.
Here's some (imo) notable ones:
Medieval II - $10
Supreme Commander Collector's edition - $20
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - $20
Orange Box - $30 (not as cheap as steam but pretty damn cheap for the retail box copy)
Company of Heroes + Dawn of War (+ Expansion) + Supreme Commander (I think?!) - $30
