Order one and received it today. The sticker on the side of the box was tear opened (obviously the bottom stick is still there). The plastic bag used to store battery was also opened and resealed. Not sure if this is a return stock or refurbished phone. Definitely shock to see. I get a new phone every year, never got an opened phone pretend as new. Very bad … DSE. How can you sell me a phone like this? Will contact your customer service to see how you deal with this.
