  i got charged shipping the other day because apparently free shipping codes (eg. "FREESHIPAUS") cannot be combined with the 20% off student discount. *sadface. hoping cashback goes through though

    I've never had a problem with this before. Did they charge your card again after you initially paid?

      Me either! this is the first time it happened. strange thing is when I ordered "FREESHIPAUS" was the code for free shipping over 100 (which didn't work) but just checked now it's been changed to "FREE100RW" which works with 20%.

      I've emailed them back with a screenshot for this asking what's the go. hopefully get a refund or credit to use for the next sale. could get me a couple of socks with that 9 GBP lol
