Yeah it is, spent $129 at the beginning of the year and last week I saw it and it was still the same price. $69 is a bargain.

Sorry, I was commenting on the old revision of the post. The first version did not say it comes with an answering machine and an extra handset.
Yes, this is a much better deal than the $10 model 3115, if model 1535+1 is durable.
