Yep, they took my money and held on to it for just over 3 weeks, they then cancelled my order about 1 week ago and I have just finally received my refund from them until after I opened a dispute with them for not delivering the goods and taking there sweet ass time with no indication of when they were receiving stock after numerous emails for when to expect my game to arrive, I wasn't going to wait another few weeks to get my refund back from them.They have gone down hill big time, since I last ordered from them about 1 year ago.
Tell me about it. They took my $33 for 'The Last of Us' nearly 3 weeks back only to refund me my money yesterday because their shipment was in limbo.
Pathetic.
Not playasia again, I am disgusted with their altitude towards handling customers' issues. It was like "hey dude, our reputation is too big to be damaged, so we can do whatever we want and we don't care if you still want to be our customers"
