Was at costco and noticed they had their rotary tool for under $30. Just like the dremel tool but much cheaper. also $20 cheaper than Bunnings rotary tool but Costco has a full money back if you are not satisfied for whatever reason. Pretty good for peace of mind
If you zoom in this says its 130W, which makes it an order of magnitude more powerful than the jaycar version.
Jaycar has one for $39.95 and it comes with a flexible shaft and it's 135W.
For $30, something has to give. Cant expect dremel quality at rock bottom pricing.
I've tried a couple of these cheap copies over the years but they all fail quickly…either the motor gives out or the shaft or chuck gets out of alignment….saving up for a true Dremel and hoping for a deal…or I'll get a friend in the US to send me one.
