    I disagree.

    I ordered an S4 from eGlobal 2 months ago and it was delivered within a week, I subsequently had a fault and had to ship it back but they fixed it under warranty and sent it back, I only had to pay $20 shipping which still worked out to be a lot cheaper than local.

    Their support was very quick to respond and kept me in the loop with shipping info the whole time. +1 from me for eglobal.

      No one will pay $590 for grey import phones when AU stock is only $38 more with 2 years AU warranty!

      for $38 you get an extra year of warranty.
      Plus if you are planning on getting TRS. You can claim $57 back.

      I disagree.

      I agree with them and disagree with you. They deliberately sent me (and others) the wrong phone hoping we wouldn't notice then made US pay to return it to receive a promised refund with which they were never forthcoming. When I eventually had to resort to escalating a paypal claim to get my refund, they lied to paypal about having received it. Fortunately I had an earlier email from them stating that they had.
