      It only went live at about 3.06pm. My order wouldn't go through at 2.59pm either - it would say it's out of stock. At 3.06pm they were back in stock.

      I got mine at 3.11pm.

    Received my trifecta today.

    Anyone have issues installing the GT 610 to the N40L?? The heat sink is preventing it from fitting….
    Any ideas? I thought this card was compatible?? OP?

    OP - I returned the original incorrect graphics card on Monday (one that doesn't fit N40L). Yesterday i received an email stating that my replacement GT610 was shipped. I checked the packing slip and it was the exact same model!! I called the customer service line and guy said he would double check.

    I received the supposedly 'correct' GT610 that would fit. When I opened the package what do I find? Exact same card sent out to me again!!!!! This is ridiculous. In this day and age how could you make the same mistake twice? I've now wasted 2 weeks without audio on my HTPC…

    I would like a refund for this item please…experience has been disappointing…

      How much do you think is a fair refund seeing as though you bought the item as part of a package deal? I'm guessing they will only refund the listed amount on the invoice (which is fair).

        I actually purchased an additional item to the package. I got N40L + SDD + RAM as well as the G610 GPU. Therefore, there should be no issues refunding this item at its full cost…

        I can't afford to wait another week for them to possibly send me the same GPU again. Rather just pick one up from my local MSY today.
