    When was this!?

  • Including tax & other charges?
Usually Japanese sites do not include these. (Am on phone, so can't check, as my Japanese is very poor.)

I really think so… Though google translate failed you. it should be 日本人 other wise you're just turning Japan.

        • The highlight of the thread. Thanks!

  • Tax not included !

Just bought my tickets from Tokyo to Okinawa during November. Added up to 8610yen including the 600yen Credit card fee.

It didn't look like there was any hidden tax added in the end, all prices are as you see.

For those unfamiliar with Tokyo, Narita airport is like the Avalon (Melbourne's secondary) of Tokyo. It's not that bad though because their trains are 10 times faster than ours…. and they actually have trains that go to their airports lol

    • And run on time and regularly. Aren't graffitied. Stations are clean.

    • Narita is Tokyo's main international airport. The fastest rail connection gets you to the main parts of Tokyo in about an hour.

Haneda airport is closer, but in terms of size is Tokyo's secondary airport. Won't find many international flights landing there.

      • These are domestic flights, so correct to say Narita is secondary domestic airport, but main international one.
Haneda is the main domestic airport, but increasingly being used as an international airport.

Until this deal, I never knew Narita had a domestic terminal. That's why it was helpful to point out flights are not out of the usual Tokyo domestic airport. It's a long way between the two.

    • Um, no its not.
Narita is the main International airport of Tokyo.
You are probably thinking of Haneda

Edit: guy above me beat me to it.

      • Um, no - discussing DOMESTIC flights/airports in this deal, not international.

        • Good point re domestic.
But I still wouldn't be comparing Narita to Avalon.

        • Never been to Avalon, but know Haneda & Narita. Most people would assume domestic flights depart from domestic rather than more distant International airport. Handy transit onto domestic locations like Sapporo or Naha, when flying in from Oz. Flying from Sapporo to Xian China, meant finding my way from Haneda to Narita.
