          Have you personally had a bad experience with Kogan or just jumping on the bandwagon?

          I've bought several things from them and never really had an issue other than when ISPone went bust and Kogan had to refund the remainder of my koganmobile service which they did without prompt.

          So if you've had a bad experience then fair enough but otherwise I don't think it's fair to knock them.

          I've had two out of three purchases go awry with them. Hopefully you deem that a fair & good enough reason to be disillusioned. In a nutshell, & because you clearly care, out of two orders, the first was 3.5 weeks past an already amended delivery date. Wanted my money back after two, but got the run-around for the rest & I didn't have the time to sit on the phone all day. Also emails mysteriously were hit & miss. Second order was made against my will & contained two items, one was DOA. Called within 60 minutes of delivery, yes delivery, & dealt with a really sarcastic so & so, & while the problem was rectified in the end, it was again a tedious & drawn out situation.

          So if you've had good experiences with them, happy days, but calling my feelings into question just because they differ from yours is a bit of a fanboy reaction. I mean one anonymous customer is hardly going to bring his store down. Hell, up until you said there was, I didn't even know a whole bandwagon existed.

      I reckon it's a grey import, it's just EXPOnline who offer 24 months total. I say this because they specifically refer to a repair centre in Sydney and nowhere else.
