I just saw these in the Nambour Big W store, so I'm not sure if these are in Nambour only or state/nationwide, but it might be worth a look in your local. There was 1 of each on the shelf in a box, I didn't ask if there were more out the back:

    Dick Smith also has the PVR on clearance. Down to $188. Not much stock yet, but shops can actually tell you if other areas have stocks, unlike Big W.

      I saw a 500gb PVR at dicksmith for $99. I think the brand was dicksmith.
