No, this is a typo, the Dell issue is completely different.
Needs to have the wireless bit removed from the title. (it doesn't have USB to share a wireless 3G connection either)
Otherwise it's a pretty good price for a 74xx series billion (voip is a plus)
Proper shipping prices are also an indication that a seller is decent ;)

I originally thought it had 3 ports too, but theres some conflicting information per this document:
