  • Can anyone confirm this definitely has a USB connection and mp3's can be played from a USB stick? I am looking for USB support and would be a much cheaper option than upgrading my head unit.

    • Hi ScottyP ,

With the help of this FM Transmitter modulator car MP3 player, you can listen to MP3 files in your car via an SD or MMC card slot or USB flash memory! This car style FM transmitter supports MP3 and WMA format. It has an SD/MMC card slot so you can listen to your music on the road! Plug this MP3 player into your carĀ“s cigarette and turn on your car stereo and tune to the same frequency. The LCD displays the volume and name of the song. With an infrared remote control, you can listen to the music anytime and anywhere you want.

    What frequency does it use?

    • I'd like to know too

      • Should be around 20Hz-15KHz

    • Whatever frequency you want.
I've been using one of these (looks the same) for years and it is good.
The only minor fault is that it does not remember position in track when you turn it off, but starts the track again when back on.

      • Thanks “manic , good to tell us the details !

  • Does it have line in? Can I play from my iPod?

    • yes, you can see a line-in cable in the photos.
Mine has a 2.5mm socket, so needs the included 2.5 to 3.5mm cable. This may be 3.5.

  • Rep, do you have a deal on a FM transmitter with line in and USB slot for charging?

I play music off of my android phone and my current transmitter is on it's last legs.

    • this one will work fine to play music off .

  • The price is still 2.96 even after I've checked out. The total price that the website wanted me to pay was $6.75.

    • are you VIP member on our site ? Now 27 pc left as $0 +$3.7 for total price

  • Can this one play music from usb and send signal to the speakers through the 3.5mm jack? Or is FM the only option?
