Any idea when I can expect delivery? I made an order on the 13th, and still no sign of a package.
Hopefully it went out today or else tomorrow morning. We were inundated with orders but unfortunately had already laid off many of the staff - not expecting the response to the sale!
We despatched several hundred orders this afternoon, and had a team of casuals packing orders this afternoon and tonight to try and clear the backlog. We'll be posting, all those orders packed overnight tonight, tomorrow morning.

I've received my first order yesterday (a few kor bottles), now waiting for the second.
apologies, because we were inundated but had already laid off staff, we were well behind in despatching. some people got second orders before first orders etc. We had already moved substantial stock off-site to storage so we've been having to work between two locations as well, which has meant some orders got delayed waiting for stock to come back.
We are basically up to date and currently processing orders received over the weekend, with a few exceptions for items that are MIA between the two locations. Should be totally sorted by later in the week.
