  Had a look on the linked Deal page and unfortunately Lenovo still lives in the Ivy Bridge epoch, did not see a single Haswell laptop there in the ultrabook and Hybrids category.

    Isn't that because Intel's first release always are Apple exclusive? If not AMD cannot catch up I won't give a shxt for that stupid Intel's marketing.

      considering there are already decent and good-ish priced Haswell units from Toshiba, Dell, Sony, Samsung … why hasn't Lenny released them already?

      Not many Lenovo ultrabooks / hybrids use full HD screen either :(

      i'm looking for cheaper alternative to Duo 13 but they just don't exist
      The Duo13 is a seriously BOSS laptop, though the price reflects that.
      LONG battery life, SIM card slot, 100% convertible, backlit keyboard

        Just have a look the Toshiba, Sony and Samsung website, cannot find any 4 series CPU.
        Sony? One of my client waited for 10 weeks to replaced a 3 months old then dead top range Sony, i7+256SSD blablabla. Yes he is a boss and spend money like a boss, but Sony don't treat him as a boss. I already warned him don't buy Sony but he insisted because he love his 4yrs old Sony.

  Before buying a lenovo, its worth checking out the whirlpool forums.
  A lot of people are having consistent problems getting warranty issues sorted out over a very prolonged period of time.
  There also a lt of problems with lenovo shipping out the correct parts for repair.
  They are defintely on the do not buy list at present..
