          Your cashback offer is false advertising as you have limited the customers to only a selection of jacked up products. Furthermore, you have NOT made it clear what was to be included in the promotions until the day it happens. Customers will run the risk of purchasing a product that may not be what they want today, with something better or more closer to their needs the next. Since you cycle the products, they do not have the chance to purchase anything they missed out previously.

          Result: Customers who have held back on thinking if the next offer is better, then they will eventually MISS OUT on cashing this "discount" (or end up buying the crap that is fed on the last day).

          Please respond to my PM on this or I will have to escalate this.

    I think it's a bit cheeky to advertise the Xperia Z Tablet at $465, since it requires a second purchase which also relies on claiming & receiving a cash-back to arrive at said price.

    Having said that, $479 (with the code) is a good price for this Tablet, without the messing around required.

      The "electronic cashback" deal for Trend Micro has been posted many times and customers' feedback getting their cashback within a month. We have not heard anyone not able to claim the cashback successfully and I believe we have never mislead customers into making a loss from the cashback promotion. We are simply offering deals that our customers can enjoy extra savings by "thinking out of the box".

        Fair enough but I have no interest in Trend Micro at all - not even to attain myself a few extra surplus $$.

        The point I still stand firm by is putting $465 in the heading/title makes it look like you can buy the one item at this price, which, simply isn't possible.

    Don't buy from this site, last week I ordered Lenovo Tab 2, they havent ship by yesterday. I rang them the rep said they were out of stock and no stock coming, he offered me a lower spec Tablet to substitute for the same price WTF!!! Requested refund through Paypal. You Will Be Disappointed!!!!!!

          I have checked with our team, noticed that the product posted on ozbargain had stock issue with supplier. The product had a estimated dispatch time: 3-5 working days (means stock with supplier) and unfortunately there was a discrepancy on their database. The order have to be cancelled & refunded as we cannot get any stock of these, and my colleague offered another model as an option at a lower price but you might have misheard or misunderstood the offer.

          This is what most retailers would do to keep customer happy.

          First of all, we NEVER offer downgrade as replacement to customers with exception that they pay less than original price. We will offer Upgrade free of charge most of the time as long as they are within reasonable range. In this case, there were no substitute suitable and we offered the refund.

        The terms and conditions state that:

        "4. The promotional period is 07/05/2013 to 31/07/2013."

        "Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date as per the claimant’s proof of purchase."

        I construe both those sentences as claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date within the promotional period.

    Rep: The $50 cashback deals have been extremely ordinary to date.. I thought we were suppose to get some accessories like memory cards or something in the deal somewhere. Instead, we are getting these $1600 laptop deals with a $50 off on the cashback? I am feeling pretty ripped off at this stage.

The restrictions you have made on this whole scam is restricting customers to use the $50 credit effectively outside of your jacked up prices and limited range of products that carry premium.

      From Trend Micro T & C: You have 30 days from invoice date to do the installing, activation, filling the form (submitting the claim). As long as you purchase and paid before 31-7-13 you are fine.

    I lodged the claim online and I got an error saying the file Trend Micro Receipt.pdf already exist. I changed the name of the receipt and try to relodge it says serial number already used. This is the kind of shit I was concerned about these sorts of cash back programs.
