Thanks aacheny for putting in the links.

Alvian, if you are too lazy to click on "Go to deal" , I am too lazy to put in the links.

Be grateful I even bothered to share this with you.

      Grow up.

How about a thank you first?

      Where is your manner?

May be it is because of people like you that WNK has decided to stop sharing.

        You're taking ozbargain too seriously.

No, this is about online etiquette.
It is a skill transferrable to every day interaction.
          But what can I expect?
The sense of entitlement among some imbeciles in the internet generation.
Expect to be spoon fed and spoilt.
Sorry, I am too busy to pamper.

        Brilliant first post Lurker.

        • Thanks , WNK.
          You inspired me.

In his defence, It's not immediately obvious that you've linked to a page of deals. Normally if you click on a Udemy deal, it takes you to one single Udemy deal, and then the 1500 of us that have clicked through would have to search for the rest. Normally, it'd be more efficient for one person (the poster) to add in the links, than for 1500 of us to search for the courses.

Then I guess I was dealing with an Ozbargain newbie who has yet to find his/her way around then.
Well, from what I can tell, there is a certain degree of respect and gratuity expected of newbies , because there is a fine line between newbies and douchbags.
Sorry, I am still trying to figure out the fastest way to copy a bunch of links from another webpage and make them live links in ozbargain.
If it is going to be too much work, I will not bother to make them into live links.

Thank you for the insults and I am eternally grateful for your comments. You are such an excellent judge of character that you see right through me based on a two-sentence remark. You inspire me to follow your example to better my manner.

all good with photoshop tutorials but cant afford to buy one to use it. :/

      coughpiratebaycough

Plus well, they do a cloud subscription service now, so you COULD rent it off the cloud for a short period of time for not a whole heap of money…

Piracy? No way. A real OZbargainer creates a copy of his hard drive with free software, installs the 30-day trial version from Adobe, reverts back to the copy in 29 days and installs the trial again.

  • which ones the best for making my first website?

    • Dreamweaver is a nice program but the price isn't abcedarian-friendly. Old versions from 2004 on are fine for personal sites using just Html and Css. Or you could track down a "portable" version to try out - you don't have to worry about the program encumbering your system with thousands of registry entries and unnecesary files the way installers from Adobe do. There are 2 Dreamweaver tutorials on the other recently published Udemy deal:

      • Tyvm!

        • Yepp, dreamweaver it is. It's industry standard. It might look too complex first, but if you're not a total computer noob you will succeed. Alternatively look on youtube for "easy dreamweaver tutorial". TONS of hits.

    • Depending on what you need/making it for, I'd recommend Wix

Great post! They're all posted as free for the first time as far as I'm aware. I hadn't signed up to any of them before. Thanks.

  • cool tnx

Totally agree with Jackob. I'm getting sick of these crappy courses flooding OzBargain. Just give it a couple more months and there will be a new site that overwhelms OzBargain.

From this point forward I have blocked all Udemy "deals" as well as any WNK submitted posts.

Many people enjoy this post. Others are not getting sick except you and few.

It's up to you. I'm happy if you would stay way from my posts.
