As they are an online only retailer, I find it worrying that they have removed their Facebook page, and apparently abandoned their Twitter account.
The only way to contact them with questions, OR if something goes wrong, is via a "customer_service" web form.
Although the web form requires your contact phone number before it will 'send', the DoorBuster customer service staff (located in India) will refuse to call you.

I did not mention this before now, as it was a potential security/spam risk.
The DoorBuster site allowed anyone to post "Customer Feedback", which was then immediately added to the website without being 'vetted' in any way.
Several customers had left politely worded complaints regarding: 'non-delivery'; late delivery; items missing from deliveries; and difficulties in contacting DoorBuster and/or in getting replies from them.
I was able to notify Woolworths Limited of this 'security hole' by calling their head office in Sydney. I note that they have quickly fixed this, BUT THEY ALSO REMOVED ALL THE FEEDBACK THAT CRITICIZED DOORBUSTER.
