Sorry to disappoint you but those items from ebay in the link you posted are definitely not genuine. I've been to the factory where they manufacture these in China at Shenzhen. Good quality ink most of the time but definitely not Epson originals.
I believe they are genuine, they are the same as the original cartridges that come with the printer, that's why they are not in retail packaging.
I have been getting them for several years, and print quality is exactly the same as with the originals the printer came with, cartridges were also exactly the same including all markings etc so unless the fakes are using the exact same cartridge I believe they are genuine.
There may well be fake ones being sold from chine etc, but the ones I have bought from Australian sellers all seem genuine.

Yes they are genuine and they are full cartridges, have never bought ink at retail outlets you can always get it on ebay for less.
