Found this in the latest catalogue. Good if after a cheap bike with gears, although 6 gears is on the low side i guess.
Here is a link to the armour..

Very crappy quality though, got one and had to request them to fix the brake and was told 'assembling would cost extra surcharge' even I showed them it was manufactoring's faulty, still very upset for their double standard
Yeah, his brakes were rooted, too.
The back one flat out didn't work. Even when I tightened it to be touching the rim, you'd squeeze the lever and nothing would happen, lol.
Front one worked, in the way, that if you braked 30 meters before the stop sign, you'd stop in time ;)
sounds like someone is going for a flight over the handlebars soon…
The 30 metre stopping distance is due to the bike weighing more than the average SUV.
Bought a couple like this on one of the previous specials… what the previous poster said: they're fairly crappy bicycles.

Scary scary scary.
66cm, wow that is massive frame size. Apparently only people over 2m tall can buy them.
What’s that, it’s the wheel size, oooooooh you mean 26” you morons.
These things are just plain scary, everything about them is. Do not buy a bike form a department store. Go see a bike shop and by a real bike that has been assembled correctly (maybe)
I bought a bike from toys r is before.. Was perfectly fine
Down-vote me all you like, but as an ex bicycle mechanic I have hundreds of horror stories about these things they pass of as bicycles.
Most of it does link directly to the inability of the owner to set it up correctly in the first place.
But even if you gave it to me to assemble there is only so much one can do.
Assembled to their best ability, they are still scary.
Little to no power form the brakes. Callipers and levers that flex so far you can set the brake correctly and still lull the lever to the bar without locking the wheel up.
A bottom bracket that is guaranteed to crap itself after very little use.
Forks that have rake of proportions that should never been seen let alone used.
These bikes are heavy as hell, wore me out after riding a km. i ended up just selling it.
I think youre a tad unfit
With the alloy bike i bought afterwards i could ride 10k.
Why would the weight of the bike make that much of a difference? When you're riding a bike you are moving your whole body weight - the weight of the bike will only be a small fraction of this.
You have to accelerate, slow and alter the path of this mass constantly, so a lighter bike makes a massive difference.
might be ok just for the occasional trip to the shop, but basically they are junk. they are heavy. all the components are low quality. plastic brake levers etc. my main gripe is the brake pads are soft and after just a couple of days riding they need adjustment to make the bike stop effectively.
I saw this too and think its a great buy. Great for a quick ride to the shops or around town. Wouldnt do a marathon ride in it though but for $58, you cant go wrong. ALL bikes need to be adjusted regardless. Anyone with abit of know how can easily put it together and adjust accordingly.
link shows the bike is 78 dollars? is it 58 delivered?
click deal link to show catelogue price. Other link is to see specs, reviews etc.
I have one these and think they are fine. A bit heavy, yes, but other than that perfectly ride-able.
My niece got one, its been exchanged 3 times due to various manufacturing faults.
The latest one she got is only about 3 weeks old and all the "chrome" is rusting and it has been garaged 99% of the time.
Try council clean ups, they have great bikes.
Does a heavy bike make a difference? I'm using the Kmart bike, which is lighter than this (18kg vs under Kmart's under 10kg), except I'm looking for a new one cause mine is getting old.
My friend purchased the ladies one for his wife who wanted to learn how to ride (not sure if she'd enjoy it)- and it is great for that.
But boy, low, low quality. Can't complain though for $58.
