  A dollar cheaper than they were in Big W a while back (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/99882).

  For the Barbie fans its a really good toy for the price. We got one last Christmas, it has be played with almost every day and nothing has broken on it yet, which is quite an achievement in these days of 'cheapo' plastics.

  Yep I've seen this in Broadway store NSW too - though my daughter already has the Malibu house (also a bargain for $74 at the moment iirc) and that takes up enough space!
