      I was surprised to see it, but my local TRU actually carried Catan. I can't recall the price but it wasn't a rip off either. Can't say the same about the other games they had on the shelf!
      
      Ozgameshop might have both of them at a relatively decent price too.
      
      Another poster pointed me towards Amazon as well and though I haven't bought anything yet, apparently Amazon can ship board games down under.
