  Crazy Domain has fax to email service for $6 a month. I have been with them for 1 year, painless service. You get a new fax number too -not sure about number porting.

  I have a hp 4345mfp and could scan to email; can i scan and email to faxmate for faxing to the recipient with the destination fax number in the subject line?

    This works well, you just need to use the email address for the recipient fax number. So for example if you were faxing us you'd send the email to: [email protected]

    You'd need to setup an account and register the senders email address with us first.
