Hey, I'm in Darwin, but a bargain is a bargain.

I don't think that they have never sold these snow bikes in our local Aldi in North West Sydney.

    Also note it's a kid's toy - max rider weight of 40kg.

So just use 2 of them… One for each leg…

I'd need FOUR, so this is not a bargain.

  • This was in the Aldi ski sale - has anything else been marked down ? I'd still like to get some thermal boots and the premium ski pants

  • Just a heads up on these bikes, resorts will not like you using these things at all (so unless you can find a hill hidden away I wouldn't bother)

    • How come?

      • Maybe it's so that they can rent you one of theirs ?

Same with the toboggans. Many resorts only allow you to use the resort hire toboggans. Could be a safety thing too. Perhaps some off resort toboggans just go to fast or have sharp edges.
Chains as well. All resorts I've looked at allow only diamond pattern chains. Ladder or other types are out.

I don't know about site see-er, cross country areas and other less closely managed ski areas.

        • makes sense

Put a kid on on of these, send 'em down the hill and they clear all of the skiers in front. Then you can ski behind on the clear slope ;-)

  • Can confirm at Aldi Maribyrnong, VIC
    Lots of them there.

  • got two thanks from aldi burwood east, only $20 each, about 6 left in stock

  • ~cue~ James Bond theme
