If they stuff up an order, they will either try to charge you restocking fees or shipping. Customer service won't return your calls/voice mail or if you are lucky they will respond to your emails within a week's time.
Also, verify what they sell matches other websites. If a sale fails getting your money back is like pulling teeth they will use any excuse to pass credit on to you.
Last but not least check the Contact Us page, not a single phone number you will have to google their ABN.
