  If you want total networking failure use McAfee. I speak from experience, bought Dell laptop with this AV, all devices can talk to each other except the Dell. Make your own judgement or use Google to see the problem.

    lol… never knew that. Our enterprise uses all McAfee stuff as they go on the Gartner magic quadrant recommendations a lot… desktop and server AV, IPS, web filtering etc.. it's horrible for the end user, though it seems to do its job.

  Mcafee is nowhere near the top of the security tree. There are plenty of better products which offer free or very cheap protection. I moved from McAfee to Kaspersky a couple of years ago and I'm MUCH happier and my system more secure.
