  • Only $30 available at that price + uncertainty is it v1 or v2?

    • Hi frostee,

      It is v2.

      Kind Regards

  • Shame this doesn't have VOIP inputs. I'm looking for a decent 4-port Gigabit modem / router to upgrade by 5 year old 100mbit Billion.

    • decent and NetGear don't apply in the same sentence. All my NetGear gear have been disasters. Hanging, crashing every few days.

      • mine is not every day. probably every week thou :) and it usually still partly work after it crashed :)

      • All my netgear? please advise what you are talking about?

Been using netgear for years its fine, some models are crap but thats every maker even cisco

      • My DGND3300v2 is a fantastic ADSL router/wireless device.

I hope this maintains the standard as it is the same line.

      • Fairly happy with my netgear NAS's and routers, I've had several. Only persistent issue was losing wireless connectivity with one router. Very frustrated till I discovered that it was windows XP auto powering off the wireless device and then not being able to turn it back on. Changed the Windows config and sweet after that. Netgear tech support is also good. Way better than what I got from QNAP and somewhat better than what I got some Synology.

    • Do you need VOIP inputs? This is a fantastic modem/router, very popular here on Ozbargain.

      • Yes I do.

        • All-in-one unit usually not the best.
I do not know how good this modem/router is. If you want you could buy a ATA for VoIP.

  • Whats this $50 voucher it says at on the side of the page?
It has a star but I could not find anything relating to it.

The bag also seems like a decent buy.
It it $69 and you also get the anti-virus which you can claim $50 back to make the total for the bag and anti-virus $19??

    • Yup, there are 2 products on offer, one (netgear DGND3700) at 8-9pm AEST, while the other is STM bag + Antivirus for $69 at 9-10pm AEST. The antivirus comes with a $50 cash back meaning you end up forking out $19 + postage cost, after you have claimed and received the cash back from Trend Micro.

      Cheers

  • I already have a wifi router, so just need a raw adsl2+ modem with an ethernet port, no built in wireless. Any bargains on anything like that?
