    Have my doubts about Banggood and the reliability of their products. Yesterday received the 2x 2600mah phone chargers from their recent deal … both of them DOA and not charging! The items were loose in a thin paper package envelope, no bubble wrap or anything … as result the boxes which the items came in were completely crushed. I don't think it was the postage that killed the items but rather they are poorly made products.

      Mine was packaged fine, plenty of protection etc. but both DOA. I'm not sure if it's the cable or charger though. "Charged" mine for 3 hours and the light stayed red, never turned blue. Plugged it into the phone…beans. Shows that charging is occuring but % never increases. So plugged the lead into a USB port on my powerboard, still no phone charge.
      Was going to buy one of these but agree, product reliability is dubious.

    Quite sure these are not specific to any particular device. Many (most) android phones are using the micro USB connectors these days.

      you will find these cables have varying quality (I don't know how to explain it)

      but if you use the stock Samsung cable you'll notice it charges faster (or maybe the third party are charging slower)

    Will this carry charge at 900mA too? Most USB cables only carry up to 500mA, and won't charge an S3 fast enough. As a test, it should only take 2-2.5 hours to charge an S3 from 0% to 100%.

    edit - hang on - i am confused - is it dual color red and white or is it just red or? there are 2 different positives - do they give different colours as i think is implied? is 300W per colour?     Is this sold out?? I tried to checkout and pay via paypal twice but threw error that it couldn't complete transaction… then noticed price in my cart had gone up?

    EDIT: after removing OTG cable it seems ok again…
    EDIT2: Nup still error when confirming payment via paypal…
