Hard to ignore this for value vs anything out there at this price. There's no website obviously but here's a review.

Dealer network is irrelevant as you can get the car serviced at Ultratune and they will do it exactly according to the manufacturer's spec, with no effect on warranty, and most often cheaper (unless you get a fixed servicing deal - which I don't think Fiat offers). The only time you ever need to take a car back to a dealer is for warranty fixes/issues.
Ultratune wont have access to any field service recalls, nor have access to any specific procedures for that vehicle that may need to be performed during a service.
The days of being able to get the local mechanic down the road to service the car is nearing the end, too many electronics and specific procedures.
That and capped price servicing.
Having someone like Ultratune service your car doesn't preclude it from any service recalls, warranty claims etc.
Assuming they follow all service procedures for that vehicle.
But having your vehicle serviced outside of the dealer network means they are unlikely to have any new service alerts etc.
Is there any mention if this is a limited time offer? Or is it the price that stays with this base model?
I don't know why people are worried about service costs, I service my own car and save the $$$, its easy if you know what to do..
anything is easy if you know what to do.. not everyone has the time and know-how to DIY
Do you also stamp your own log books for warranty purposes?
And good luck with that come resale time - unless you plan to hold on to it for many years, that the log book check is no longer an issue.
I don't know why people are worried about hospital costs, I removed my own pancreas and save the $$$, its easy if you know what to do..
The issue is that if there is any in field service recalls to perform you will miss them, not to mention everything is far more technical then it was 20 years ago. For example the Mazda CX-5 Diesel has a specific reset for the ECU for servicing to which it resets the DPF counter and the istop, failure in doing this can damage/destroy the DPF unit (which is an 8k part) and warranty will be void. There is a few threads about this over on the mazda forums/whirlpool where Mazda havent honored the warranty on it because the service wasn't carried out by a technician with the latest technical bulletins.
These days with capped priced servicing and bigger service intervals, it works out similar to just get it done at a dealership, because there is more to a service then changing the oil/filter.
I've had a few Fiat's over the years and they are FUN cars to drive, almost like they have a personality. My Mum had a Fiat Bambina that I learnt to drive in over 30 years ago, they have certainly changed a lot since then. Fiat were the first cars to have intermittent wipers!
I have had a Fiat 127 and a Fiat Panda and my husband has had about 4 Fiat's that I can remember.
Once you have owned a Fiat, no other car can match it. I wish these had come out 6 months ago - I would have bought one.
I eat quiche … and despite that I wouldn't have one of these cars..
I just got my red Ps today, is this a good buy?
No, because you are more likely to trash the car leading to high service costs.
Trash? I doubt. Crash? More likely.
Anyone know what all the colour options are? Couldn't find a list anywhere!
They are listed on Redbook - there are an impressive 14 colours to choose from. You can see the list here:

I travelled Europe with a girl in her Fiat Seicento. It has a .7L motor. My Victa mower had more guts. The little car rattled to bits over cobblestone, broke clutch cable, could not handle inclines, 70km on autobahn getting flogged by 180kmh Audi and beamers.
Anyways, for $14k drive away this is super priced compared to mirage or alto. The chery is only $10k but I would not compare to a fiat.
Only downside is fiat dealers are not as common as the mainstream brands, so taking back for your service could be more inconvenient.
According to Wikipedia, the smallest engine the Fiat Seicento had was a 0.9L - not a 0.7L. It had 29 kW, so I would imagine it being very slow. It weighed 750 kg, which would be the equivalent of a 1500kg Camry with a 58 kW engine! Yikes.
Sorry, it was quite a few years ago, I was not far off with a guess. Your neg vote?
Nope, not mine.
The Mirage is 1k cheaper and have a factory cashback currently of 1k (so comes to 11990 on the road) Not to mention a 5 year warranty and capped priced servicing (its around 250 bucks from memory)
Shouldn't this be called the Fiat 1200?
Yes, and the Chrysler 300 should be called the Chrysler 3600.
and the 3 series BMW 36 series?
does fiat 500 take 90octane or must be 98?
Premium it is then.
All Euro cars need at least premium (95), that's their base fuel octane. Either way, you're better off going Japanese if brand snobbery isn't a concern to you. Hyundai is better than they were, very reliable but their dynamics and feel don't cut it.
Just trying to understand, why this has so many positive votes?
Did it used to have a much higher RRP or something like that? Hope that's not the reason…
Base model used to be 10k more, although it was previously marketed as a "premium" euro hatch (i.e change of specs).
Maybe it's not good as the main car, but a second, city runabout or company advertising rolling billboard could work.
