So it is not a "Free" website. Basically just paying for them to make the website on a month by month basis.
Well if they do retain 'rights' over the website can you take it away after 1 month?
The website is probably based on their crm/system, so it may not be movable to another webhost.
Deceptive
For basic websites, it's probably easier to just get free (business) hosting from somewhere like Servers Australia, a template from ThemeForest.net and a free HTML editor like MS Expression Web 4.
Spend a little bit of time learning how to build and maintain the site, and you're done :)
I could build you a website for $0…. but I'd probably just be trolling you ;)

Not free at all, that is some expensive hosting. Scam - it's a trick to deceive.
