Graphstock is a site for downloading graphics, vectors, stock images and templates. While there are lots of sites that offer similar things, most won't offer a commercial license for free. Commercial licenses as opposed to personal licenses are required for non-personal websites (e.g. businesses).

Just signed up, no problems doing so for free.
However, it's not worth $99. There's barely any content there - for $99 on istock I could download as many images as there are on this site in total!
