honestly all these Atom powered netbook specs convertibles should be under 600
since they can make the little smaller no dock no pen models selling at 3xx (asus and Acer)
these machines should be 50 more for the pen, and 100 more for the dock which makes it 5XX at best.
at the current price. it is simply NOT WORTH IT
the next gen intel chipsets tablets and netra-books (Ultrabook looking system running atom) are set to appear within two months
The current atom performance would be dusted by these new systems, they must flock them off before that happens

How does the 700T compare to the Surface Pro 64Gb at JBs for $999?
The 700T is Intel i5 and screen resolution 1440x900. Last time the cheapest deal I saw this one with 128GB SSD was about $900. Since the latest 1920x1080p Full HD notebooks is coming soon, I'd rather wait. The Surface Pro screen is Full HD 1920x1080. Also only Samsung and Microsoft tablet comes with the s-pen. It's good for Uni students to take notes in their class.
