Any reason buying this over a small laptop?
It depends on what you intend to use it for. If it is for things such as word processing, this machine can do minimal word processing (typing, editing, printing). But for more complex things such as making power-points then you are better off getting a small laptop instead. However, if you like to watch movies and search the web then this is fine. I use mine for university, and so far it has been great for email checks, occasional word processing and going on the internet.
Great price, I got one of these for $550 a while ago. Well worth it.

This same deal was deleted yesterday due to insufficient stock. I don't know why the mods let it go this time as stock again would have been low.
It lasted for about 55 minutes/500 clicks before it was sold out, so they did have some stock this time.

Don't hold your breath. I placed an order for one and received the confirmation email at 10:46am on Sat morning. By today I still hadn't seen the order change from 'processing' so rang customer support.
Apparently they have 'no stock' in their warehouses so I was offered a refund or credit. Opted for the refund, was told it was processed and that an email would be sent out straight away confirming the refund. Get home to check. No email.
Thanks for the reply. I called yesterday and they said it was going to the courier today ofcourse no email, so probably the call centre run of the mill who knows line. Such a waste of time wish I just missed out rather than getting royally Dicked.
