My girlfriend got this vacuum cleaner for her parents . I used it the other day it was fantastic . Just went and bought myself too. :) great catch thought I would share. :)

Unlike our old Dyson, Miele has suckshun in spades: the adjustability is a nice feature. Beware the high cost of spares if you need to replace anything on the vac, but aside from that, Miele and Bosch make decent, powerful vacuum cleaners!
Ours is an old S series and Miele still makes similar models. Good for parts availability and bags are very available both in shops and on eBay.
A061, please report on how well this upright model works in cleaning up illicit substances. ;)
illicit substances :0 Wow, This escalated too quickly !Sorry, I dont do Cocaine but i like the smell of it :p But yeah very Happy with this vacuum cleaner. Couldn't ask for more. My In laws have been using Miele product for ages ( It has lasted them for a while too ) But only time i could afford one was this time. Worth every Penny. Money well invested.
Regarding spare parts, the guys just kicked the vacuum cleaner right infront of me full force & it survived the impact too. I was impressed. :) 2 years parts and Labour warranty….I trust the Brand .
