  It'll be a fair while after the launch that you'll be able to get your hands on a Note 3, but the specs jump between the 3 and the 2 is much bigger than the 2 was viz the original Note.
  Because of this, and despite the dollar, the Note 2 4G hopefully will drop below the recent $489 delivered deal.
  I have my fingers crossed.

I got the note2 4G from Kogan when they had the free delivery a week or 2 ago. Delivered in 1 week. The box was sealed. The charger is OZ version. And they gave me a multi adaptor too (Kogan brand).
