      Agreed! A few years ago I paid > $100 for a FW800 portable 2.5" drive case.

      To be fair though, firewire is nearly dead now (the latest generation of Macbooks don't even support it?)

        They do support it, but you need to buy a $35 Thunderbolt>FW adapter. Luckily you can daisy chain FW so you only need one adapter.

    $98.95 to ship 10 units? surely even an express courier would only cost around the $50 mark.
