  There were still two previously opened ones in Broadway (NSW) before 1pm. They are located near the heaters, not sandwich and waffle makers as I expected.

      I don't think there's any standards for donuts, so the maker makes up their own.

  I think it's worth it. Gingerbread men cost $3.25 each at my local Gloria Jeans. Or GJs, as they say in Brisbane apparently.
