Intel Core i5-3317U processor with Intel Turbo-Boost-Technology

    didn't K.I.T. have turbo boost?

  • Horrible review but incredible specs for the money.

  • Probably put refurb in the title.

Compare the first (main) picture to the second… to me it seems like very misleading advertising if you compare the thicknesses of the body in each of them.

EDIT: Comparing the images close up the body is roughly twice as thick in the second picture (476x26 pixels, or 18.3:1 ratio) compared to the first picture (253x8 pixels, or 31.6:1 ratio). While computers are made as thin as the first picture depicts, and they are generally called ultrabooks, this is nothing like them.

    3 Month warranty + Factory repacked…

Probably best to go with ALDI better warranty…

Their regular price is $599 at Aldi. The extra $120 gets you (1) brand new unit (2) 2yr warranty and (3) 60-day return satisfaction warranty.

If wanting to save a further $100 (at $499) then can take a chance at it being a grand opening special. New Aldi store openings are at: http://www.aldi.com.au/au/html/service/ALDI_new_stores.htm?W…

Agreed with earlier comment. Coming with a 9.5mm optical drive makes the marketting of this unit as a 'ultrabook' sketchy. It should be thinner.
