  So, dumb question… if I order something for $20 it will cost me $10? i.e. Minimum $20 is before discount?

    That is correct, its not much of an issue though. Delivery orders normally have a $20-$25 order minimum requirement and a delivery charge to add around $2

  everything in my area is $20 minimum order, $10 deliver, NO Voucher.

  Coupon is applied at checkout but not on paypal/credit card payment screen for me.

    Spritee is correct. The voucher doesn't work for me either. Error message is 'This coupon code cannot be redeemed.'

    Same and when I went back it no longer accepted the voucher code. I don't like how giving a thumbs down to a deal reflects on the person who posts the 'bargain' but I feel compelled to due to wasting my time and my family's hopes. I have not ordered the food from the merchant because of this.

    I tried to register another account to see if it was an error but it was the same deal. So now Delivery Hero has two emails, two phone numbers, an address of the name of me and a family member. SCAM.

      I just rang the Delivery Hero call centre and the IT department confirmed there is a known issue with coupons causing an error message tonight. The consultant Vivian advised me to pay for the order and she will refund $10 to my credit card later. She also promised to send me an email confirmation.

        We ordered a meal using a Dominos voucher instead about ten minutes after I wrote that message. Thanks for clearing it up for anyone else. It will be interesting to see if it works by tomorrow. If it does and it was a simple 'system error' I take back the "scam" bit, but it does feel a bit suspect that after going back from the Paypal gateway I was not able to re-enter the voucher code and had to register another account. I feel that the system ticks you off as an old customer when you enter a voucher code, even if you don't end up ordering anything. As the voucher didn't work when I attempted to re-enter it after going back from the Paypal page; it ticked off the first time but didn't show in the end total the second attempt it didn't accept it at all.
