        Evidence can be disputed and proven to be correct/incorrect but without even putting up any evidence towards their claims how can they make such claims?

        I can pour water in to a bottle and claim that it is scientifically proven to hydrate 40% better than market leaders but without any evidence it's just another unjustifiable claim.

      Which journal was this published in? Was it even published? I can't find any reference to the study mentioned except from other pages selling this product. Hell, they even contradict each other with different study names, none of which actually exist.

      Sounds like a customer testimony, unless these customers are scientists that have written reports on the effectiveness of the product and proved that it does as you claim you can hardly say its 'Scientifically proven'.
