The "cheese" (quotes essential) is only marketed to women. Its almost as if the ad-men think only women could be dumb enough to think low-fat cheese is a good idea. Sounds like something Roger Stirling could do.

What next? Low-fat cream? Non-alcoholic beer ? (tried that - disgusting as well as pointless) .

You want less calories in your cheese? Smaller portions is the answer, not making it taste so bad you don't eat it.

    • Sex based discrimination!

Seriously, this is ridiculous. Someone report it.

would a guy even want low fat cheese? It's like missing out on a tampon offer.

        • I've bought it, and while it has an odd look I quite like it. The cheese is very hard but still melts into something resembling cheese. I don't know what they make it out of (water and whey?), but it works.

Marketers are people sitting around all day trying to dream up wild promises for every day dull things. They really haven't got a clue when they're gender discriminating and saying only women are allowed to have a discount on a block of cheese.

        • Well, guys eat cheese whereas (most!?) don't eat tampons.

        • If it's free of course I would.

Otherwise no. I generally don't buy anything with lessened nutrients. That would defeat the purpose for which I buy food in the first place.

One of the worst cheeses I have ever tasted. Dont even bother

  • Facebook wont allow you to share the page because of it being tagged as spam

I have decided to neg anything that requires a FACEPLANT like to get from here on.

Such a requirement ignores other social media (i.e. is anti-competitive) and shows the company is too lame to direct traffic to their own website.

    Like that, Churp Burp.

Feel free to neg this comment if you are shallow minded enough not to understand why its anti-competitive, or if you are a Churp puppet, or like Zuckerberg far too much, or just can't form an intellectual reply.

    • Agree totally. These companies are totally neglecting interested customers that choose not to use these networks. If they are too lazy to develop a website they do not get my business.

      two things

1: it restricts deals from exploited by greedy people going overboard
2: if you cant make a facebook account to grab these freebies, what are you doing on this page then?

and nuzby, you made your choice, why do you post the same comments in these deals?

lol i just registered my details and then discovered that it's available to female entrants only but being male i probably won't get it. But being open to females only isn't that a bit sexist.

    • there's a head start for you. +1

    Negging because I don't have a vagina :(

  • It's the worst "cheese" I have ever tasted, I'll pass.

    • It's probably why they're giving it away no body seems to like it.

Got a $5 coles gift voucher in the mail. I assume it was from this. Expected something just for the Cheese, not a voucher i can use on anything.

  • +1

I got one today too. I couldn't remember which deal it was from. It didn't mention anything about cheese, just a $5 coles gift card.

The funny thing is, its from a advertising company… they didn't do a very good job of advertising the product!

  • I got a $5 Coles gift voucher card in the mail today too.
