Most disappointing online shopping experience ever! Totally incompetent. Botched the first order, returned it, then had to pick different shoes as they were out of stock, then they botched the replacement order?! which i have to return, which is also now out of stock… How hard is it to check the shoe size shipped matches the order? very if you are staff at theiconic.com.au Will never buy from these people again.
Could you please put 'Minimum spend $99' in the title, or something similar? I got excited, but I never spend anywhere near $99.
