    Aldi unit has a stainless steel drum, this one is galvanised.
    Aldi unit has a 3 year in-home warranty, I assume this one has 12 months, but can't find a reference.
    Aldi unit has no shipping fees, this one is $22 to me.

      To be fair to the OP, he did link to the Aldi deal, second line of the deal. So he wasn't claiming one better than the other, just providing some choice I believe.

      I think negging is a little harsh. Though your first two points were informative.

      Based on the above, I believe Aldi is the better unit also.

        We offer our own 12 month warranty against defects on all new electrical, petrol operated or motorised products.

        The first point alone (stainless steel drum) made Aldi one much better

    I didn't get the Aldi one because it had very bad reviews and the people said it was impossible to claim the warranty

      Yeah was keen until I read all the bad reviews. You expect a few dud reviews mixed with the good.. but when 80%+ are really bad its not hard to see it a case of "you get what you pay for".
