Being the owner of a Lenovo ThinkPad T60p, I can confirm that the RAM is located underneath the touchpad, not as a flap underneath.
That's their general shipping I believe (i.e. not just for this item).
I suppose if you want to wait in line up to and beyond 30 minutes to save the $10... Otherwise, I'll be buying one here.
Speed isn't particularly important in this case (USB 2.0), but I too would be interested in the brand.
