Not familiar with Ozzie regs but that "adapter" wouldn't be legal in NZ, given you have to manually adjust the charger down to 10 amps.

Works fine 4k@120hz 4:4:4, not mentioned in the specs buts it's using dsc which is unusual in this price range.
