I got a brochure with a free sample card with womens' health magazine at the royal melbourne show. Thought i'll share. limited to 50 ppl every day though and supposedly goes on for 2 weeks.

I just bought one of these at my local Woolworths store. I think its quite good for $3.50. You need one of their rewards cards though (free), otherwise its $7. They had 2 colours - red and black.
