  i saw these the other day, its normal $1 mug with a silicon cap.

  i sometimes wonder how people buy these for $7.

  I bought two a few months back at the same half price, they are my daily cups at work. It's double wall, so probably worth more than the normal $1 mugs. Anyway, it's worth the money ($3.5) to me as I use it on a daily basis, but probably won't buy it at the normal $7 price.

  So that is how much those things my local government gives out constantly cost, at least it is usable compared to their slappy rulers with no measurements.

  I have never try put hot coffee in silicon cup, are they ok? I prefer glass.

    They are not silicon … They are ceramic with a silicon lead …and they are terrific:)
