Sucks being a teacher? C'mon…you guys get a million weeks paid leave each year!
Good side: Holidays (although as a VCE teacher I actually come into school for a lot of those)
Bad side: No flexibility so you're stuck with school holidays pricing and can't grab most of the cheap flights
Of course, teaching is also fun. ;)
Thanks STIX!
I got 10 days MEL - KL in November for $148 return including suitcase, hand luggage and meals.
I got the same…. Awesome price !
How do I book it I think cheapest to KL from Gold Coast is $399 showing up is there a special way to book it?
I think all the free seats are sold out by now…you would have seen flights for $0.00 - taxes were added onto this when you actually booked.
Maybe: The seats could be sold out on that day. Try changing dates.
Their system is going into meltdown.
Love the comment on their homepage now…"Please be patient and have a cup of latte while waiting"….Sure, why not!
Thanks STIX!
Thought i missed out after i had to wait for my GF to confirm dates.
ended up scoring tix from Perth to KL and then KL to Melbourne for about $350 last night, including both tickets, upgraded baggage and meals.
Thanks so much mate.
Got tix at launch time Gold Coast<->KL for $295 for two people including baggage and meals.
Sucks being a teacher - not much flexibility at all in case of travel. I found tickets to Hanoi for $572 but honestly, the way airfares are heading, I'm hoping that asian airfares might plummet a little more so that I can get 'better' airline tickets for the same price later. Maybe wistful thinking?
